Step 2 · Lab review + personalized plan
$125 follow-up. We walk through every number, build your plan, and choose your delivery method — pellets, creams, injections, patches, oral or troches.
Step 3 · Ongoing monitoring
Follow-up labs $150. Re-test, re-tune, and refine as your body responds. Ask about the HRT Elite Membership for bundled long-term care.

Medications, compounded hormones, and injection supplies are priced separately and vary by protocol. We'll walk you through exact costs before anything is prescribed — no surprises.

Billing & logistics, answered.
Do you accept insurance?
No — we're a cash-pay practice so we can spend real time with you. We provide itemized superbills you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds.
Will labs cost extra?
Lab work is included in the Core Optimization Program price. If you have existing labs from the last 60–90 days, we may be able to use those and discount the program accordingly.
How much do medications typically cost?
Most patients spend $60–$150/month on compounded hormones through our preferred pharmacy partners. Injection TRT is typically on the lower end. Bioidentical pellets are dosed every 3–5 months and priced per insertion.
Can I cancel the membership?
Anytime, no penalty. We don't hold patients hostage.
